Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not ready until one hour after our check-in time, which was a bit frustrating. However, the service at Ocean Sands and Ocean Keys was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal in every way but had some noise issues. The dining experience was average, as I had to ask for coffee in the morning. Overall, the facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
The hotel offers a lot of privacy, but the rooms are dated and smaller than expected. The service was very helpful and courteous until visiting the Atrium, and the location is great for beachgoers and those looking to explore the area. The dining options, although included, could be improved with more variety. Overall, a good value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although not very big, had everything one would need and were clean and comfortable. They were pretty spacious for a group of 3 or 4, offering a lot of privacy and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. The service was excellent, with helpful and professional staff who were always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist. The hotel's prime location made it convenient and within walking distance to various attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The dining experience was satisfactory, although I had to ask for coffee in the morning. The facilities were adequate, providing what was needed for a comfortable stay.
I loved the hotel's location, just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms felt like a home away from home, with a separate bedroom offering privacy and space. However, the inability to perform daily functions like activating a key card was a letdown. At least the off-season stay meant a quieter atmosphere and easy access to various dining options.
