I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not ready until one hour after our check-in time, which was a bit frustrating. However, the service at Ocean Sands and Ocean Keys was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal in every way but had some noise issues. The dining experience was average, as I had to ask for coffee in the morning. Overall, the facilities were adequate but not exceptional.

The hotel offers a lot of privacy, but the rooms are dated and smaller than expected. The service was very helpful and courteous until visiting the Atrium, and the location is great for beachgoers and those looking to explore the area.
